With which carriers do you work with?

We use Packlink to compare carriers and choose the optimal carrier for your delivery in terms of time and cost. Usually for Spain, that would be Tipsa and for International shipping DHL or UPS, but this might vary.

Order process

Usual dispatch time is within a week. Although delays may be encountered during some periods (Christmas, Black Friday...).

 

What are your shipping costs?

For simplification purpose, we have opted for standard shipping cost: 10€ for Spain, 15€ for Europe and 30€ for the rest of the world.

Customs and duty taxes

EU ZONE

Orders made within the European Union zone do not incur in customs or duties charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our shipping rates exclude taxes and duties and international orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties upon delivery. This charge is normally determined by your local customs authority.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time varies and ranges between 1 to 10 working days, depending on your country. You will be notified with an estimated delivery date once the shipment has been arranged.
